Client work is covered by your agreement

These terms cover the website only. Design, development, care plans and any other work we do for you are governed by the written proposal or service agreement we both sign. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Prices on this site

Prices shown on the site are starting points to help you plan, not offers. Your actual price, scope and timeline are set in a written quote after we talk. We may change our listed prices at any time; that never affects a quote you've already accepted.

Concept sites

Our portfolio includes concept sites, such as Hotel Palmena, Brava Street Coffee and Tidewall Roofing, that we designed and built to show what's possible. The businesses, people, reviews, prices and statistics on them are fictional. Nothing on a concept site is a real offer, and bookings, orders and requests made there go nowhere. Phone numbers and email addresses shown on concept sites reach Irizarry Digital. Photography on concept sites is used under the Unsplash License.

Client login

Access to our client portal at clients.irizarrydigital.com is for current clients. Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. Use of the portal is also governed by your service agreement.

Using the site

Please don't:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or to send spam
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Scrape or copy the site's content in bulk
• Misrepresent who you are when you contact us

Ownership

The site's design, text, code and our logo belong to Irizarry Digital. You may share links to it and quote small parts with credit, but you may not copy or reuse it otherwise without our permission. Client projects shown in our portfolio belong to their owners and are displayed with their permission. Ownership of work we create for you is set out in your service agreement.

Other websites

The site links to other websites, including client sites and services like Google. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on the site is general and isn't professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Irizarry Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
