What we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write in your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

• Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They report things like the page visited, the referring site, device and browser type, and country. They do not use cookies or build a profile of you.
• Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. When the form opens, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details such as IP address, browser and the time of each request, which are used to keep the site secure and working.

Client portal

If you are a client, we also handle the account details and requests you submit through our client portal at clients.irizarrydigital.com, so we can deliver the work you've hired us for. Our service agreement with you governs that work.

Concept sites

The concept sites in our portfolio (such as Hotel Palmena, Brava Street Coffee and Tidewall Roofing) are demonstrations. Their booking, checkout and quote forms do not send or store anything you type. Phone numbers and email addresses shown on them reach us, and we treat those calls and emails like any other inquiry.

How we use it

• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site

We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we don't use your information for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and the business, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel: website hosting, analytics and performance measurement
• Resend: delivering contact-form messages to our inbox
• Google: reCAPTCHA spam protection
• Our email and business software providers, where your messages are stored

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies when the contact form is open, to do its spam-protection job.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our ordinary business records. Client records are kept for the length of our relationship and as long afterward as tax and legal obligations require. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@irizarrydigital.com and we will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Because we don't sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals all the same.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information; if you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on the tools we use. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top. For significant changes affecting clients, we'll also let you know directly.
